Terms of Service

AI Agentic Mastery Academy (the “Academy,” “we,” “us”) is operated by Truth J Blue LLC. These Terms govern your use of agenticmastery.academy, ai.agenticmastery.academy, related pages, courses, downloads, communities, implementation services, and recurring managed services (together, the “Services”).

By creating an account, submitting a service order, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Services.

Digital purchases may create a student account tied to the email address you provide. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account.

Academy accounts and licensed materials are personal to the purchaser or purchasing business and may not be resold, publicly redistributed, or transferred except with our written permission.

Payments may be processed through Stripe and LeadConnector / HighLevel payment services. We do not store your full card number on our application servers. Prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless shown otherwise.

One-time digital purchases grant access subject to these Terms. Recurring products renew at the stated billing interval until canceled.

Each Implementation Intensive (Agent Accelerator USD 997, Multi-Agent Mastery USD 1,497, Enterprise Agent Ecosystem USD 2,497) carries Agentic Operations at USD 497/month, which begins when the implemented system is activated for live use. Its cancellation, refund and access terms are confirmed with you in writing before activation.

Existing Operators Circle and Done-For-You AI Employees subscriptions continue on the terms under which they were purchased. Done-For-You is without a setup fee or long-term contract unless a separate written statement of work says otherwise.

Implementation Intensives, Agentic Operations and existing Done-For-You services are collaborative business-technology services. Scope, sequence, integrations, and the number or type of agents actually deployed depend on the systems, access, data quality, third-party platforms, and operational requirements discovered during implementation.

Agentic Operations covers monitoring, maintenance, issue correction and reasonable adjustments within the implemented scope. New agents, major new workflows or integrations, new channels or material scope expansion are separate implementation work. Third-party usage (AI, phone, SMS, email and paid add-ons) is separate where applicable.

A plan description is a delivery framework, not a promise that every possible automation, integration, channel, or result can be provided. Material work outside the purchased scope requires mutual agreement before it is added.

You are responsible for providing timely access, approvals, accurate information, and any third-party accounts or licenses reasonably required for the agreed implementation.

Digital-product guarantees, Implementation Intensive refund timing, and recurring-service cancellation terms are described in our Refund Policy. The Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms.

Course content, scripts, templates, worksheets, prompts, audio, video, and written materials are owned by Truth J Blue LLC or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

Your purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use eligible materials for your own learning and internal business operations. You may not reproduce, resell, publicly redistribute, or use the materials to create a substantially competing training product.

The Services provide education, implementation, and operational tools, not legal, tax, financial, medical, or other regulated professional advice. AI systems can make mistakes and third-party platforms can change, throttle, suspend, or discontinue features.

Revenue figures, time-savings examples, ROI calculations, automation outcomes, and market statistics are illustrative unless a written statement expressly says otherwise. Results depend on your business, data, offer, staffing, implementation choices, and external systems.

You remain responsible for legal and regulatory obligations that apply to your business, including required disclosures, consent, recordkeeping, industry rules, and human review where appropriate.

Where a purchase includes community access or live sessions, participants must not abuse others, spam, solicit unlawfully, or disclose private information belonging to other participants. We may remove access for material violations.

Live-session schedules may change. Recordings and replacement sessions are provided when stated in the applicable offer.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Truth J Blue LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data arising from the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for a claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid Truth J Blue LLC for the affected Service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update content, delivery methods, supported integrations, and these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date. Changes do not retroactively remove rights that already vested under applicable law or an accepted written agreement.
